Bobbi Kristina Brown 's distraught father Bobby Brown lead family and friends as they gathered in Atlanta today to pay a final farewell to the tragic 22-year-old.

Bobby Brown, his wife Alicia, Whitney Houston's mother and Bobbi's grandmother Cissy and her sons, all joined together, alongside Bobbi's aunts Leolah and Pat Houston.

Elsewhere singer Monica as well as Mayor of Atlanta Kasim Reed joined the friends and family.

While the families arrived in black stretch limos, Bobby Brown's controversial sister Tina drove herself.

She and Pat Houston buried the hatched on Sunday following Bobbi Kristina's death, after the pair were seen hugging outside the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Atlanta.

But she arrived alone this afternoon, driving herself in a black Chevrolet saloon.

Bobbi Kristina's aunt, Leolah Brown also arrived at the church, after accusing Pat Houston of exploiting the 22-year-old's name.

Leolah's claims come after Pat asked that in lieu of flowers, donations to a teen charity Houston runs, are made.

She wrote on her Facebook page: "Please do not send one red cent."

The hearse carrying Bobbi Kristina Brown arrived earlier today at the church, as a small gathering of locals waited outside.

Brown's funeral at St. James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, a northern suburb of Atlanta of about 60,000 residents, is private and will be closed to the public but that is not expected to deter media and members of the public who have been mourning her death.

Brown, 22, died on Sunday at an area hospice, six months after suffering irreversible brain damage in a still unexplained incident at her Roswell, Georgia, home.

She was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub by her partner and a friend in January in an eerie echo of the Beverly Hills hotel bathtub drowning of her famous mother in 2012.

Brown, the daughter of Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown, is expected to be buried on Monday next to her mother at a cemetery in New Jersey.

An initial autopsy this week found no obvious underlying cause for Brown's death but the investigation is ongoing.

The case is under review by the Fulton County District Attorney's Office but no-one has been criminally charged over her death.

A $10 million civil lawsuit filed in June accused Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, of causing her "life-threatening injuries" and of stealing from her bank account while she was in a coma.

Brown had inherited her mother's fortune.
Whitney Houston, who had a long history of drug abuse, died at age 48 in a Beverly Hills hotel in February 2012 on the eve of that year's Grammy Awards ceremony. Authorities said cocaine abuse and heart disease contributed to her death.

Bobbi Kristina Brown's funeral took place today at St. James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, Atlanta.

The invitation-only service saw Bobby Brown joined by family members including Cissy and Pat Houston, his sister Leolah, and more, with Bobbi's former boyfriend Nick Gordon noticeably absent.

The ceremony threatened to be ruined when Leolah was kicked out after she disrupted Pat Houston's speech.

In a rant to press outside, she made shock claims about her rival, even saying Whitney Houston would "haunt her".

The order of service included emotional messages from Bobby, a tribute to Whitney as her songs were played, and a song from Cissy.

Bobbi Kristina died on Sunday at the age of 22, after a 6-month coma. She was the only daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.
