To actualise this agenda, Oyintiloye said the federal government should strengthen all enforcement institutions as well as set up a Discipline Corps especially among youths in order to restore sanity in the society.

The lawmaker identified gaps in social settings which include high level of chaos on highways, market places and disorderliness in public places among others, saying, orderliness is the first law in heaven and indicator of civilisation in any society.

Stressing that war should be waged against indiscipline to restore civility, Oyintiloye maintained that democratic settings place value on human dignity, hence youths should be empowered, trained and engaged to take a lead in this direction.

The lawmaker sought the cooperation of all stakeholders in helping the president to reshape the Nigerian project, saying the change the country requires include attitudinal which is the root of every other thing affecting the country.

Oyintiloye noted that all inclusive efforts were needed by all Nigerians at ensuring that discipline becomes the norms in the country.

The Parliamentarian stressed that the issues of discipline was beyond social strata as all Nigerians were expected to buy into the change message for the development of the country.
