Game of Thrones Season Six Spoilers: Emilia Clarke describes the new season as “sick”

At present, the only people who know anything about what’s to come on season six of Game of Thrones are the people who work on the show.

As fans, we, like the now deceased Jon Snow, know nothing as the new book isn’t out yet, so everyone is at the exact same point in the story.

That said, while Jon Snow (Kit Harington) is believed dead, after he was stabbed by his own men for being a traitor (after welcoming Wildlings into their home), many don’t believe that he is…

After Melisandre (Carice van Houten) returned to Castle Black just before his death, fans began to wonder whether she could be the one to bring him back to life.

Various cast members have spoken out about what they think has happened, or will happen, to Jon Snow, and while some believe he can come back, others don’t – despite Harington have been spotted in Belfast during recent filming for the show.

For Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys on the show, she has teased that season six will contain even more shocking, violent, and disturbing plots than we’ve ever seen before.

The actress has apparently had a sneak peek at the scripts for the new season, and it was clear that whatever she read, it’s going to make for great TV.

Clarke spoke  was quoted as saying: “I’ve seen some of the new scripts and I’m like a kid on a sugar high. I can’t handle how sick some of them are.”

She added: “We’re just going to hit the audience with every episode, coming up with something more mental than the last. I can’t believe some of the twists in store.”

One character making their return to the show in season six will be Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead Wright) who hasn’t appeared in the show since season four.

It was reported that the reason they didn’t show his “training period” was because it wouldn’t have made for great TV, so to the writers, it made sense to stop there, then return later.

Season six of Game of Thrones isn’t due to air until next year, but for now, check out a video taking a look at inside the episode and let us know your thoughts below.
